Beer lovers, mark your calendars! The FOX HAT CRAFT BREWERY opens its doors to you during discovery and immersion days in the world of beer. The opportunity for the curious and the curious, but also the connoisseurs, to see the magic of brewing at work and to put themselves in the shoes of a brewer for a day.

During these days we welcome you around a friendly breakfast before getting to the heart of the matter and involving you in the creation of a craft beer.
Here is the course of a day of discovery and immersion:

Morning:
9am - 9am: Breakfast, coffee, tea, first instructions.
9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.: Participate in measuring the ingredients, grinding the seeds and combining them with the water “mash in”.
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.: Tasting of basic ingredients, then guided tasting of our beers.
11 a.m. - 30 p.m.: “Lessivage”: separation of seeds and liquids, transfer of beer to the tanks.

Afternoon :
12 p.m. - 14 p.m.: Lunch at Le Foudre restaurant in Homps. Tasting of a beer pairing menu designed in collaboration with the brewery.
14:30 p.m. - 14:30 p.m.: Hopping when the must is cooling.
14:30 p.m. - 15:XNUMX p.m.: Transfer of the beer to the fermenter.

Formula :
Including breakfast, beer tasting and lunch, the cost of our immersion day is 100 euros per person. In order to create cohesion and make this moment as fun as it is educational, we welcome groups of a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 people. Our team is bilingual and can therefore provide a service in English as well as in French. If 6 people join us, the cost of the day is 500 euros, breakfast, lunch and good humor included!
