We are happy to present to you the beers designed and produced by our brewing brothers within the walls of the abbey.
Three recipes were selected by our tasting committee made up of canons and professional or semi-professional friends of the community. After numerous blind tastings, the amber, the honey triple and the spelled blond received our votes.
From the selection of ingredients to the implementation of the recipe, from crushing the grains to bottling, our craft beers are pure products of the abbey.
