The winemaking history of Talairan can be read on the houses that surround it (cellars, gates, stables). The alleys are dotted with medieval remains (nego-saoumos). You will discover the laundry with petals, the fountain, the walk... and will appreciate the excellence of the wines, the honey, the local products including the famous black truffle, celebrated during the winter markets which are dedicated to it, and the warm welcome of its inhabitants. Not to be missed: 2 marked trails which will make you discover the local heritage with the rural chapel of Notre Dame de l'Ere from the 12th/14th century, the variety of its landscapes and the famous Gourg Goutonnier. Also go on the postman's path which follows the rounds he made every day through the surrounding countryside.
