In its Vinaigrerie, it offers several tasting courses, based exclusively on its artisanal production.
Vinegar tasting is an atypical, original and fun journey that allows you to travel tastefully between acidity, sweetness, texture and aromatization.
From contactless flavored wine vinegars to balsamic blend vinegars at least 6 years old... The most original tasting awaits you in our Vinegarry.

You can also let yourself be tempted by our 100% Corbières wines, between single grape varieties and maturing in terracotta amphorae and glass carboys.
Finish with a drop of olive nectar, for a sweet and flavorful finish!

All these tastings are free, accessible to all, adults and children, and are offered throughout the day in our shop.
