Creator of vinegars for more than 10 years, Cyril Codina invents new vinegars and experiments with new technical approaches. In its Lagrasse vinegar factory, it invites you on an atypical taste journey. In this space dedicated to flavors, discover how vinegar is made: naturally flavored wine vinegar or 9-year-old balsamic vinegar aged in barrels.
Cyril is also a producer of olive oils, wines and aperitifs, all in the same originality as his 35 vinegars. Our tastings are free, and without reservation. For a more advanced formula, accompanied by toast of local products, you must however book a few days in advance.
