For more than 25 years, at Pole Sud, we have pursued a strong ambition: to become the ice cream specialist. Faithful to our origins as an artisan ice-cream maker, we have developed 200 flavors of ice cream "as if you had made them in your kitchen" and, in addition, we produce each year more than 2000 made-to-measure products for restaurants of all sizes. entrust us with the task of realizing their most original ideas.
