Together, they decided to combine their expertise and their desire to go beyond short supply chains. All this while creating a shared momentum with a host of passionate producers. "Le Comptoir des producteurs" (The Producers' Counter) brings together the products of numerous farmers and around forty independent winemakers or cooperative wineries from across the department. Like at a market, you'll find charcuterie, fruit juices, various kinds of farm-made ice cream, fruits and vegetables, goat cheeses...
