At the foot of Alaric, leslits du 20 welcomes you to a charming Corbières village halfway between Carcassonne and Narbonne for a vacation filled with memories. The gîte owes its name to the black grape variety which gives a sober and elegant tone. You can discover many treasures of the region nearby: the Canal du Midi, the Medieval City of Carcassonne, Narbonne la Romaine, the Cathar castles, the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean or even beautiful walks to take around the village whether on foot or by bike with magnificent landscapes in contact with nature. Staying in the region also means discovering its rich terroir: wine and gastronomy that will amaze your taste buds. The village of Fontcouverte has a café on a small typical square, it offers drinks and/or sales of bread and newspapers, parcel relays, basic necessities, fruits and vegetables. The village of Ferrals-les-Corbières located less than 5 minutes from the gîte has many shops: grocery store, restaurants, bakery-pastry shop, etc. On site, the gîte is equipped with a private parking space. It is equipped with a Tropezian terrace, not overlooked, and private with garden furniture and barbecue to fully enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality during your stay. Under the southern sun or sheltered, you will have the choice. The air-conditioned gîte is located on the 1st floor of the building with access via the airlock to the ground floor, it is adjoining the second gîte for 2 people but whilst retaining an intimate spirit. It opens onto a large living room with a beautiful open and fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a convertible sofa (for 2 additional people on request) with a TV, a dining table and direct access to the terrace. An independent bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a radiator with fireplace effect for cozy moments and always with direct access to the terrace. An independent bathroom with shower and sink. Laundry cupboard with washing machine. Independent WC. At each reception, we provide everything you need on site, a bottle of regional wine, a cleaning-dishwashing pack (dishwasher tablet included) + hygiene (shower gel - shampoo).
