Very well located in the Corbières in the heart of Cathar Country, in the Orbieu valley, above a small village of only 20 inhabitants. A haven of peace about 10 kms from the medieval village of Lagrasse and less than an hour from Carcassonne or the castle of Peyrepertuse. From the gîte, many cultural sites in the region are therefore accessible, but also a good number of hikes in this preserved natural environment, in the Corbières Fenouillèdes Natural Park.
