Crossed by the Orbieu River, St-Pierre-des-Champs is ideally located for exploring the entire region: Lagrasse, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, Fontfroide Abbey, the Medieval City of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, Narbonne la Romaine, the coast (Leucate, Gruissan), the Cathar Castles of Termes and Villerouge-Termenès, and the Alaric Massif. All shops are located 10 km from the cottage.
With its breathtaking landscapes, the area is ideal for hikers and cyclists (greenery, mountains, canyons, and even gorges). From the garden, there are many trails to explore, allowing you to gain height and connect with nature.
You will have access to the swimming pool, to be shared only with the owners and another 2-person gîte, shade and deckchairs for everyone. Imagine yourself for a moment relaxing and splashing around in the pool, holidays are also about rest and relaxation! The gîte has an adjoining garden and a completely private terrace with garden furniture, relaxing armchairs and a barbecue to liven up your meals. The parking is private. A shelter for bicycles/motorcycles is also at your disposal.
Gîte with air conditioning, located in the property with independent access and on one level. It opens onto a living room equipped with a dining table, a sitting area with a sofa and TV (to connect with your computer no antenna), a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. A bedroom with two 80x200cm beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed. A separate bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The terrace is adjoining and offers a unique view of the surrounding environment.
