The cottage has a private open terrace where you can enjoy meals or an aperitif outdoors with the garden furniture. The village offers a warm and authentic local atmosphere. You'll find typical restaurants, a general store with local products, and passionate winemakers who will introduce you to the wines of the Corbières region.


Discover on-site and in the surrounding area: The Château de Villerouge-Termenès, a listed medieval gem, located just steps from the gîte. Enjoy walks and hikes in the Corbières, amidst vineyards, scrubland, and wild landscapes. Nearby: Lagrasse, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, Termes and its ruins, the Château de Peyrepertuse, and the Galamus Gorges. Local markets, artisans, and small restaurants offer the chance to discover the gastronomy of the Aude region.


The house consists of 2 adjoining cottages:

First cottage:
On the ground floor: a living room with dining table, sofa, open-plan fitted kitchen (washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, filter coffee maker).
On the 1st floor: a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. A separate bathroom (bathtub). A separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor: a second bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. A third bedroom with two 90x190cm beds.

2nd cottage:
On the ground floor: A living room with open kitchen (combination microwave grill, fridge with freezer). A separate WC.
Access to the upper floor via Japanese stairs: a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and an adjoining bathroom (shower).
