THE BIG HOUSE in BOUISSE - Corbières Minervois Tourism

Access to the estate is via a 4 km long track (approximately 10 minutes), which will take you to the hamlet of 4 houses including 2 very independent gites. On site you will stay in a natural environment, in the heart of oak and fir forests, ideal for lovers of hiking and picking. On the estate: Pétanque ground, 2 bicycles available, 30 km of marked trails and walks, small pond with fish and boat 150 m away. You will enjoy the private and heated swimming pool from May to the end of October (3.50 X 7, depth 1.20m, secured by a roller shutter). Street shops in the village 6 km away. The Bouisse area will allow you to enjoy the many visits in the surrounding area, Chateau du Pays Cathare, Arques, Peyreperthuse, Cucugnan, white water sports in the upper Aude Valley, the Gorges de Galamus, the Pic de Bugarach, etc.
The cottage includes on the ground floor a laundry area, with 2 adult bikes available, a second fridge and freezer, as well as a natural cellar in the rock where you can store your drinks.
Upstairs: living room, fully equipped kitchen (bean-to-cup coffee maker, deep fryer, etc.), lounge with pool table, office area. Terrace accessible from the lounge with garden furniture, griddle and barbecue, overlooking a private enclosed garden. Lounge with wood-burning stove. Separate WC. One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), with en-suite shower room.
On the second floor: A bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm), dressing room, and en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) with toilet; a bedroom with four single beds (90cm); and a final bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and two single bunk beds (90cm). A gym with a rowing machine, exercise ball, and a two-person sauna is also available. From the second floor, you have access to the fully enclosed and private swimming pool area. Heating is included.
