Access to the estate is via a 4 km long track (approximately 10 minutes), which will take you to the hamlet of 4 houses including 2 very independent gites. On site you will stay in a natural environment, in the heart of oak and fir forests, ideal for lovers of hiking and picking. On the estate: Pétanque ground, 2 bicycles available, 30 km of marked trails and walks, small pond with fish and boat 150 m away. You will enjoy the private and heated swimming pool from May to the end of October (3.50 X 7, depth 1.20m, secured by a roller shutter). Street shops in the village 6 km away. The Bouisse area will allow you to enjoy the many visits in the surrounding area, Chateau du Pays Cathare, Arques, Peyreperthuse, Cucugnan, white water sports in the upper Aude Valley, the Gorges de Galamus, the Pic de Bugarach, etc.
The cottage includes on the ground floor a laundry area, with 2 adult bikes available, a second refrigerator and freezer, as well as a natural cellar in the rock where you can store your drinks. Upstairs: living room, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, fryer, etc.), living room with billiards, office space. Terrace accessible from the living room with garden furniture, plancha and barbecue, overlooking an enclosed and private garden. Living room with wood stove. Separate toilet.
