GITE CHATEAU CICERON – THE BIG HOUSE

Located in the heart of the Corbières, this ancient Roman villa which has become a magnificent wine estate is the ideal place for lovers of peace and quiet. Here, we play with history, modernity and nature. You also overlook the scrubland and the meanders of the Orbieu river on the park side and on the terrace side it is the Alaric mountains that you contemplate.
The old orangery has been completely redeveloped, it is now a heated swimming pool (from April 15 until September 30) where you can relax even on windy days. This property is very close to Lagrasse (3km), so don't hesitate to take the pretty paths that the monks of the abbey once had to take. Between the XNUMXth and XNUMXth centuries, the house was a dependency of the Lagrasse Abbey before being transformed into a wine estate at the beginning of the XNUMXth century.

While waiting for the harvest, you can taste the wines of Cicéron and Domaine Auriol offered in the cellar. Château Cicéron is a unique site for stays in harmony with nature.
