THE CAPELAGNE

Upon arriving at the cottage, you will be greeted by a first courtyard filled with flowers, very pleasant in summer. The entrance to the house is through a long living room with a lounge and fireplace. Opposite is the kitchen area with all the necessary equipment and a large table. You will have direct access to a veranda-dining room for convivial dinners as well as a patio equipped with a barbecue where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun.

On the first floor, a hallway with a small office leads to:

- a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a double sink and a separate toilet.
3 rooms :
-1st double bedroom with a 160 cm bed;
- a through bedroom with a 160 cm bed which communicates with a bedroom with 3 90 cm beds (including 2 bunk beds), also served by an external staircase accessible from the courtyard.


On the second floor: living room with a sofa-library-games for adults and children.
-bedroom with 2 single beds.
This space also provides access to:

-bedroom with 2 single beds;
- bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and separate WC.
-solarium terrace with view over the village rooftops, hills and vineyards.

To discover the magnificent landscapes on site, numerous marked trails are offered: hiking (including the "geologist's hike" enriched with explanatory thematic panels), as well as mountain bike or cycle touring trails (documentation available in the gîte).
In the summer, the village organizes small festivals, with meals and various competitions, offering a very friendly and festive atmosphere. Three bicycles are available in the shelter of the gîte.
