The location is perfect for visiting the treasures of the Aude region, all less than 30 minutes away: the wild beaches of Port-la-Nouvelle, the Cité de Carcassonne, Narbonne la Romaine, the Sigean African Reserve, and the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park. The Corbières region, a wine-growing region par excellence, opens its doors to you to discover the rich local terroir.

From the cottage, hikes or bike rides allow you to discover the magnificent surrounding landscapes. In the village: grocery store, restaurant, tobacconist and newsagent. This charming character house, tastefully renovated while preserving its old features, offers you ideal comfort during your vacation in the region. The private swimming pool (2x4m, 1,40 m) ensures you refresh and relax at any time of day under the sun.

The large private terrace with its pergola is perfect for lunch and dinner. Garden furniture and a plancha grill are provided. A private garden with deckchairs for relaxing in the shade beneath the greenery is also adjacent to the cottage. The area is fully fenced for pets. You can park your vehicle in front of the cottage or along the street (very quiet).

Single-story cottage, fully air-conditioned and modular (each room can adjust its individual temperature). It opens onto a large living room of 70m2 with a lounge area (sofas and smart TV), a library (books, films), a dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The cottage has 3 bedrooms each with a 160cm bed, storage cupboards and, above all, an adjoining and private bathroom in the bedroom (shower, double sink, WC). The 4th and last bedroom is also equipped with a 160cm queen-size bed but also has a bathroom (bath, shower, double sink and WC).

A laundry room and a separate toilet. Pets are welcome under good behavior.
