At the gateway to the Corbières region, on the banks of the Orbieu River, discover the Roses et de Vignes apartment. The cottage is ideally located for exploring the treasures of our beautiful Aude department. The village of Ferrals-les-Corbières is close to several must-see sites within a half-hour drive: Lagrasse, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, hiking around the magnificent landscapes of the Corbières, the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, Narbonne la Romaine, and the medieval city of Carcassonne. On site, many shops are available to you without taking the car (grocery store, restaurants). You will also appreciate the Orbieu River, a swimming spot in the region (Ribaute and St-Laurent de la Cabrerisse) but also fishing where a private garden awaits you (10 minutes' walk from the cottage) to relax on a deckchair reading a book in the shade of the southern sun. The cottage also has a private terrace adjoining the house where you can sip a cocktail or a glass of Corbières wine (in moderation!). For parking, you will have access to the garage for easy and secure parking. The cottage is an outbuilding of the owners' house located upstairs with completely independent access from the stairs. It opens onto the fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. A lounge area with a single bed that serves as a sofa for watching the smart TV. A beautiful and spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (1 cm). A separate bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Wi-Fi connection. Baby equipment on request. All-inclusive services (sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning). Our pet friends are welcome (except cats due to the owners' allergies).
