The breeder owners will share with you their passion for their territory and for their agricultural activity. Close to the castles of Cathar Country, white water sports in the upper Aude valley, Carcassonne is 1 hour away. Shops in Couiza 20 mins or Limoux 45 mins. On site shared and covered swimming pool (10 X 4m, depth 2m. Heated from May to October). Many spaces fitted out on the Estate allowing you total isolation, to make the most of this environment of nature.Gîte comprising on the ground floor: living room fully equipped kitchen opening onto a veranda with garden furniture, separate WC. A bedroom (2 90 cm beds that can be combined into 1 180 cm bed) with shower room and WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with 2 90 cm beds that can be combined into 1 180 cm bed and with private shower room and WC. Central heating extra (50€/day). WIFI connection available from the owner at 50m. Common laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
