CHEZ LES BROCS in CANET - Corbières Minervois Tourism

The Gîte Chez les Brocs welcomes you for a relaxing stay punctuated by the southern sun. Located in the heart of the village, you will have several local shops (restaurants, grocery store, tobacconist, bakery, etc.). On site, the cottage has a private, fenced and independent terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You will also appreciate the swimming pool (dimensions: 4x7,50x1,40) shared with two guest rooms with access from the terrace of the cottage and with an outdoor shower.
The region offers a multitude of activities to do nearby: hiking or cycling with diverse and varied landscapes, visit the natural and cultural heritage: Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park, the African reserve of Sigean, the port of Somail, the beaches of the Aude coast, the Abbey of Fontfroide or even the Cité de Carcassonne or Minerve. The cottage does not have private parking but you can park in front of the house or along the street.

Gîte comprising on the ground floor a large master suite with a 160 cm bed and an adjoining bathroom (shower and bathtub). A large space with armchairs and a fridge with direct access to the private terrace and then to the swimming pool. A separate toilet. On the first floor, a living room with a dedicated lounge area (sofas and armchairs), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A second bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an adjoining private bathroom (shower and sink). A second separate toilet with a washbasin. On the second and last floor a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a separate bathroom with shower and sink and a fourth and last bedroom with two 90 cm beds. The entire gîte is air-conditioned except the ground floor which remains cool during the summer months. Baby equipment on request. All-inclusive services (towels, sheets and end-of-stay cleaning).
