A stone's throw from the Canal du Midi in the heart of the Corbières vineyards, the village of Canet d'Aude offers an ideal location just 15 minutes from Narbonne la Romaine. The Gîte Chez les Brocs welcomes you for a relaxing stay punctuated by the sun of the South. Located in the heart of the village you will have several local shops within 300m (restaurants, grocery store, tobacconist, bakery...). On site, the cottage has a completely private, fenced and independent terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to fully enjoy your holidays. You will also appreciate the swimming pool (size: 4x7,50x1,40) to be shared with two guest rooms with access from the terrace of the gîte and with an outdoor shower. The region offers a multitude of activities to do nearby: hiking or cycling with diverse and varied landscapes, visit of the natural and cultural heritage: regional natural park of Narbonnaise, the African reserve of Sigean, the port of Somail, the beaches of the Aude coast, the Abbey of Fontfroide or the City of Carcassonne or Minerve. The cottage does not have private parking but you can park in front of the house or along the street.Gîte comprising on the ground floor a large master suite with a 160 bed and an adjoining bathroom (shower and bathtub). A large space with armchairs and a fridge with direct access to the private terrace and then to the swimming pool. A separate WC. On the first floor, a living room with a dedicated lounge area (sofas and armchairs), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A second bedroom with a 160 bed and a private adjoining bathroom (shower and washbasin). A second independent toilet with washbasin. On the second and last floor a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed, an independent bathroom with shower and washbasin and a fourth and last bedroom with two 90 cm beds. The whole gîte is air-conditioned except the ground floor which remains on the cool during the summer. Baby equipment on request. All-inclusive services (towels, sheets and end-of-stay cleaning).
