This rural gîte invites you to discover the Aude region in a different way, at the pace of nature and heritage discoveries and encounters with the winemakers of the Villemagne estate. Just 8 kilometers away, the Benedictine Abbey of Lagrasse and its medieval streets immerse you in local history, while the ampelographic and botanical trail of the six senses offers a unique nature experience.
The cottage, adjoining the owners' house, welcomes you in a rustic atmosphere. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a comfortable living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), sofa and television, and a toilet. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 of which are adjoining):

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed for 2 people (140x190),
Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 in succession: 2 single beds for 1 person (120x190) 1 double bed for 2 people (140x190), shower room (toilet)
Second bathroom and toilet.

Outside, the private enclosed garden offers a shaded area with a pergola, barbecue, and garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. The cottage is equipped with a wood-burning stove with provided firewood, perfect for cooler evenings. The owners, passionate winemakers, will be delighted to show you their cellar and introduce you to local products.
