You have direct access to a 20 m² courtyard terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation. The quiet street runs alongside the river, ensuring a peaceful environment.

Inside, the air-conditioned living room features a fully equipped kitchen, designed for your everyday comfort. A laundry room and storage space complete the amenities. You also benefit from a large walk-in closet, very practical for extended stays.
