- Departure from Chemin du Stade, (parking space all along the stadium) towards the village, continue on Avenue du Minervois (D72) towards La Redorte. Leave the village, continue on the main road for 1,2 km, cross the bridge over the Aude. - At the intersection, take the D72 opposite (!! Be careful, you cross the D610 Ax Fréquenté !!) in the direction of La Redorte (Rieux-Minervois).
- 2,5 km. La Redorte, continue on this road (D72) until the stop sign. Take the D11 on the left in the direction of the city center, continue for 230 m at the “30 rappel” sign, take the Rue du Marché on the right.
- At the end of this street turn left, then right on Avenue du Languedoc (D72) towards Azille / Pépieux. Continue for 2,1 km.
- 5,5 km. Azille, continue on Avenue de l'Argent Double (D206), continue in the direction of Siran / La Livinière. Stay on the D206 towards Rieux-Minervois, then turn right onto Avenue de la Montagne Noire (D272) towards La Livinière.
- Leave the village and continue on the D212 for 2,5 km (you are now in the Hérault on the D12E10). At the intersection, take the D12E10 opposite towards La Livinière / Ferrals les Montagnes.
- 10,5 km. La Livinière, at the roundabout take the D12E10 straight ahead towards Ferrals les Montagnes / Center Ville, continue on the Route des Meulières, at the intersection take the D12E10 on the right still towards Cassagnoles / Ferrals les Montagnes. - Drive 8,1 km on the D12 and at the intersection turn right onto the D182 towards Minerve / Cesseras.
- 25 km. Fauzan. Cross the village while staying on the D182. Drive 1,3 km and turn left on the D10E1 towards Minerve. After 3,8 km stay on the D10E1 towards the city center. (You can take a detour to visit the magnificent side of Minerve, then return to this junction.) - At the intersection, turn left on the D10 towards La Caunette / Saint-Pons de Thomières. Continue straight on the D10E5 towards Aygues-Vives / Saint-Pons de Thomières.
- At the intersection turn right onto the D907 towards Aigues-Vives / Olonzac. At the roundabout continue on the D907 towards Aigues-Vives / Narbonne.
- 38,5 km. Aigues-Vives, at the small roundabout the D20 towards Agel / Saint-Chinian. Make 3,2Km. - 41,5 km. Angel. Cross the village staying on the D20. Continue in the direction of Villespassans / Saint-Chinian still on the D20. - At the intersection turn right onto the D26 towards Bize-Minervois.
- 48 km. Bize-Minervois. At the roundabout turn right onto the D26 towards Mailhac / Lézignan-Corbières. Passing over the bridge over La Cesse, the D26 becomes the D67. Continue on the main road towards Mailhac / Minerve (D67). Stay on this road until the stop sign. Cross the D607 and continue on the D67 towards Pouzols-Minervois / Mailhac. Continue for 2 km.
- 52 km. Mailhac. Cross the village staying on the main road. At the intersection continue on the D67 towards Pouzols-Minervois / Lézignan-Corbières. Continue for 1,2 km.
- 54 km. Pouzols-Minervois. Do 450m. At the intersection, turn right in front of the monument to the dead on Avenue du Jeu de Mail and continue on the D67. Leave the village. After the sign near the castle, continue on your left, always on the D67.
- At the stop sign, turn right onto the D5 towards Olonzac / Carcassonne (!! Attention Frequented Axis !!). Continue for 300m and take the D67 on the left towards Roubia / Paraza. At the intersection, continue straight on the D67 towards Roubia / Lézignan-Corbières.
- 60,5 km. Roubia. After the sign, go 70m and turn left. At the intersection turn right (D124). Stay on the Main Road. At the intersection continue straight towards Argens-Minervois / Olonzac.
- 63 km. Argens-Minervois. At the intersection continue on the D124 towards Lézignan-Corbieres / Homps. After the bridge continue to the right and to the left on the D424 towards Lézignan-Corbières. Cross the bridge over the Aude. Cross the D611 (!! Attention Frequented Axis !!). Do 5,5km.
- 70 km. Stopovers. At the stop sign, cross the D65 and take the Rue du Marin opposite. At the stop sign, take the direction of Castelnau d'Aude / La Redorte on the D127.
- 71,5 km. Castelnau d'Aude continue on the D127 towards Roquecourbe / Puichéric. Just before the intersection, turn left onto Chemin du Stade. You are now back to where you started.
