Led by Matthieu Mula "Au Rythme de l'Ormeau", we will set off to discover the medicinal plants of the scrubland and we will study them using a sensitive approach through their shapes, colors, flavors, smells and textures to approach their multiple virtues and the ways of preparing them.
Half-day outing, once a month, from February to June inclusive to follow the flowering throughout the spring: we will study different plants each time.
Each half-day is different, it is possible to participate in one or more sessions.
The outings take place at Domaine La Rune, to end the half-day with a friendly time, the winegrowers offer you, for those who wish, a tasting of the estate's wines (organic, biodynamic and natural wines).
Adult audience, group of 12 people maximum.
