Emma has taught oenology for years at a high level (WSET diploma) ... In order to share her passion for Languedoc-Roussillon wines and dishes, Emma creates "La Maison du Rire", a wine school with something different. You will get to know the wines of this incredibly diverse region, but also the dishes and how to prepare them. A region rich in history and gastronomy, dishes that are made from local products from producers in the region. You have the choice between a tasting with tapas lunch, a day to learn about cooking and wines, and various themed weekends. If you want a private tasting at home with your friends, Emma can come to your home.
