Didier Roux is a winegrower, winegrower, restaurateur... He will talk to you in Occitan about his wines, his traditional and atypical grape varieties, the choices of a cultural practice that respects traditions and the environment, for a tasting with militant colors followed, if you wish, by visiting the adjoining cellar.
- Presentation and tasting of wines (Red, Rosé, White and Cartagena at the "Taverne Vigneronne" table.
- Reception of groups for the visit of the vineyard and the wine cellar.
- Possibility of participatory days in the various works of the vine (pruning, harvesting).
- Theme evening once a month (new wine, Saint Vincent, New Year's Eve, artistic evening...)
- Catering on site, winegrower's table by reservation.
