CHATEAU AIGUILLOUX
Wines
Martha and Francis Lemarié, owners and farmers of the Château Aiguilloux.Château Aiguilloux, a 125-hectare estate, 37 of which are vineyards, located on the border between Corbières Centrales, Hautes Corbières and Corbières Maritimes, grows its vines over 1 to 2 ha of rocky slopes and their clay-limestone soil, rising as high as 235 m at the Roc de la Bousole and as high as 248 m at the Borne des Trois Seigneurs. The estate takes its name from the Aiguillous, a small Languedoc stream that runs down the mountain to the borders of the vineyard. To promote the wealth of flavours and balance of its wine, Château Aiguilloux emerged: a selected and balanced variety of grapes, controlled yields (40-45 hls/ha), manual harvesting and even hand sorting operations, etc.
