The “Assiette de Pays” (‘Regional Dish’) is a sizeable dish that will allow you to get acquainted with three local products, chosen by the restaurant owner as part of a one-dish formula: either a salty or a sweet dish or a combination of both, served in harmony with a local beverage (wine, fruit juice, ...). Based on traditional recipes, this dish will be presented to you in a creative and original fashion by the restaurant owner, a personal creation for your enjoyment meeting all required quality standards.
The restaurant owners of our region are also its ambassadors: please feel free to ask them about the products you have savoured or the location of interesting spots to visit close to their restaurant.

Presenta una trinitat de produits locals, triats pel cosinièr o la cosinièra dins una sieta bèla : una sieta salada o sucrada o mitat-mitat que s’acompanha coma cal d’un beure local (vins, chucs de frucha...).
