At the heart of the Corbières, in the village of Duilhac sous Peyrepertuse below the royal fortress of the Château de Peyrepertuse, the Auberge du Moulin welcomes you to a unique and exceptional setting.
This former olive oil mill, cooled by the "lovers" source, became a renowned inn 30 years ago, where, either on the terrace in the shade of a beautiful willow or in the dining room by the fireplace, you can enjoy the house specialities (wild boar stew with Castelnaudary butter beans, a variety of grilled fish...), all accompanied by the best wines of the Corbières. To your delight, our dishes are mainly made using products that are both fresh and grown from the passion of the men and women in our region...
